The Perfect Ghost Pepper Pizza
Ingredients:
- Pizza Base
- Wild West Worcester Whānau Fave BBQ Sauce
- Wild West Worcester Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
- Wild West Worcester Onion Relish
- Slices of Cheese
- Sliced ham or pepperoni
- Sliced chilli
- Optional – Pineapple Pieces
Method:
Spread the Whānau Fave BBQ Sauce on the base generously, then top with the cheese and ham slices. Pop generous dollops of onion relish on top and add a few slices of chilli and the optional pineapple pieces. Drizzle the Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce over the top, adding more or less depending on your tastes (go on, be generous, we dare you!).
Bake the pizza for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees Celsius, checking every few minutes.
