The Wild West Story
Founded in Dargaville, in Northland New Zealand, Wild West Worcester kicked off when the Founder, Katie, started to make a recipe from her mother-in-law. Katie spent over 30 years refining these family recipes, and you can taste the quality that comes from the slow brewing process, right to the last delicious drop.
Our recipe is 30 years of refining + 18 months of infusing + 14 hours of hand brewing = 1 bottle of sauce
Batch brewed and aged to perfection, our Wild West Worcester isn’t your average table sauce. Now owned by Debbie and Graeme, and produced in Pakotai, Wild West Worcester is still a ‘made by hand’ product, using the same tried and true recipes.
With 20 international awards and counting, Wild West Worcester is fast becoming the go-to bottle in pantries and received a thumbs up from ‘Big Moe Carson, The BBQ King’.
