Returns and Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction matters to us. If you decide for whatever reason your purchased item isn’t suitable, or your item was damaged in transit you have up to 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange for a different item.

Terms and Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • If unsuitable items must be returned in new condition in original packaging.
  • If your items were broken or damaged in transit please attach a photo of proof.
  • Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.
  • If making an exchange, you will not be billed for the additional outgoing shipping charge.

Refunds

Returned items not exchanged for another item will be credited back to your credit card.  Credits will be applied immediately.  Shipping costs are non refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
