Simply Chop Potatoes or Kumara into wedges with skin on. Place on tray with baking paper. Drizzle generously with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Roast wedges until cooked through. Serve topped with Sour cream & your favourite Wild West Worcester BBQ sauce. Either Whanau favourite BBQ Blacksauce or Ghost pepper Blazin’ BBQ Sauce. Saucesational!!!
