- 1kg rump steak
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 Tablespoons of your Fav Wild West Worcester (spicy sweet black sauce, Hot chilli sweet with heat blacksauce or Ghost pepper hot sauce)
- 6 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 5 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons brown suger
- squeeze of lemon juice
- bamboo skewers
- other vegetables you like for kebabs e.g. mushrooms, red onions, capsicums etc
Method: Soak Bamboo skewers in water.(so they don’t burn). Dice rump steak. Dissolve baking soda and salt in a couple of tablespoons of boiling water. Allow to cool slightly before massaging baking soda and salt through meat. Add Worcester, soy, garlic, honey, brown sugar, lemon along with steak into glad bag or marinating dish. Allow to marinate for at least a few hours but ideally overnight. Make kebabs on screwers with Wild West marinated meat & your fav veggies and then BBQ or Grill until cooked through. Enjoy!
