Our Blazin’ BBQ Sauce with Ghost Pepper is handmade with aroha using our international award-winning aged Spicy Sweet Blacksauce, and Sweet Pickled Onion Relish. Added to those infused flavours, is locally sourced black garlic, and Northland mānuka honey. The satisfying pop of mustard seeds in every decadent mouthful, is second only to the heat from the Ghost Pepper Chilli. This sauce adds a zing to everything!
