A simple yet elegant brunch or lunch made exceptional with our tasty sauces.
– 6 cherry tomatoes
– 1 ripe avocado
– 2 pieces of vogel bread
– 2 eggs
– Parsley for garnish
- Poach two eggs.
- Toast the bread.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on two plates.
- Peel and half the avocado. Slice each half lengthwise into 6 or 7 slices. Fan out the slices and place on top of tomatoes on each plate.
- Place a poached egg on top of each avocado.
- Sprinkle liberally with your choice of heaven sent sauce.
- Garnish with parsley.
